NSC hosts try-out session
With the Paralympics just around the corner, there's a chance for local people to give wheelchair sports a spin.
The Wooden Spoon Wheelchair Sports Club is holding a taster session next Wednesday (14 September) between 7 and 9pm at the National Sports Centre.
Adults and children over 8 years old can try out sports including basketball, handball and rugby.
It's part of the Team GB Wheelchair Basketball squad's #RioReady campaign.
The Wooden Spoon club holds weekly practices in all of its disability sporting events.
