
The Isle of Man is top of the medal table at the NatWest Island Games in Bermuda after an astonishing day.
14 golds were won with many more silver and bronze medals.
Leading the way were the gymnasts.

Grace Harrison was the star performer with golden performances on the beam, floor, vault and overall individual.
In the Men's Gymnastics, Tony Duchars won the overall individual and pommel. Makunda Measuria took the honours on the rings, Anand Patel on the floor and Harshul Measuria won on the high bar.
Earlier in the day, Andrew Roche set the ball rolling with his 10th Cycling time trial victory in a row - the Manx also took the team gold.
In Athletics, Alan Corlett won the 3000m steeplechase at his first games.
And in the pool, Laura Kinley and Charlotte Atkinson struck gold in the 200m breatstroke and 50m butterfly respectively.
