And defending champion Jon Corke is out after being beaten by Island Games silver medallist Davy Jones in the last 16 at Mount Murray.
Corlett defeated Peter Glover 3&2 while Harris beat Saturday’s leading qualifier Kevin Moore 2&1.
There was disappointment for defending champion Corke beaten 1up by Davy Jones.
Two-times winner Paul Lowey had no such difficulties, overcoming Brian Duggan 5&4.
Darryl Callister was a 7&5 victor over Godfrey Kelly and Michael Curphey beat Robert Braide 2&1.
There were narrow defeats for two other first-time qualifiers with Andrew Challenor beating club-mate Donald Beggs 1up – a score repeated in favour of Chris Kneen over Marcus Avery.
The quarter-final line-up this evening is Tom Harris against Darryl Callister; Andrew Challenor v Gary Corlett; Paul Lowey v Chris Kneen and Michael Curphey v Davy Jones.
Play starts at 4.30pm with the matches teeing-off at ten minute intervals.
