
News of the approval of a £1.9 million spend on sports pitches in the Isle of Man is being welcomed by the Vice President of Vagabonds Rugby club.
Allan Thompson says it's incredible news after Tynwald gave the Ballafletcher in Braddan project the green light.
Four playing pitches and training areas will be built for use by Vagas together with Corinthians and Douglas Royal Football clubs.
Mr. Thompson says it's a real boost for Manx sport:
