A general election candidate in East Douglas has acknowledged the work done by the outgoing administration, during what has been a difficult five years.
Broadcaster Paul Moulton says it hasn't necessarily done a bad job.
Mr Moulton, until recently the Isle of Man correspondent for ITV Granada, says he isn't knocking anyone, and the Isle of Man's biggest problem in recent times has been that 'we didn't know we were having it so good'.

The other candidates in East Douglas so far are Douglas councillor Richard Kissack, teacher Geraldine O'Neill and outgoing MHKs Brenda Cannell and Chris Robertshaw.
