Castletown player at Reading to start journey
2015 Isle of Man golf champion Tom Harris is starting an attempt to join the professional ranks.
He's competing at Caversham Heath Golf Club at Reading for the next two days to try and win a place on the EuroPro Tour.
The EuroPro Tour is ranked third behind the Challenge and full European Tour.
The top 40 qualifiers at Caversham Heath join the top 40 players at five other qualifying venues at a further tournament in April with the best 30 getting their card for the EuroPro Tour.
Harris is still an amateur and is a member at Castletown - the club is helping with his expenses.
