Manx Harriers thrower pulls out best performance in 3 seasons
Manx javelin thrower Joe Harris is a British Championships silver medalist.
He pulled out a throw of 72.65m; his best in three seasons and a performance that puts him clear over the Commonwealth Games standard of 70m.
Harris led the competition until the final throw when he was beaten by just one centimetre.
