
Mark Higgins is taking every available precaution as he goes for his fourth British Rally Championship today.
The Manxman needs to finish ahead of closest rival Keith Cronin at this year's final round, the Trackrod International Rally in Yorkshire, to claim the title.
In a bid to avoid some of the technical problems he's suffered this year, and get a bit of an edge over Cronin, Higgins will be driving team-mate Andrew Gold's new-shape Subaru Impreza instead of his older model.
