Manxman Mark Higgins has been awarded the victory in the latest round of the British Rally Championship.
Higgins had finished behind Guy Wilks in the Yorkshire Rally on Saturday.
However, Wilks was later excluded after Higgins’ team TEG Sport appealed to the organisers about what they felt was a breach of regulations.
The appeal was upheld and Higgins was declared the winner to claim maximum points and also move to top of the championship standings ahead of his brother David.
