Island snooker star Darryl Hill's dream of qualifying for the world championship are over for a year at least.
He was knocked out of the qualifying competition by world number 17 Robert Milkens.
The Colby player trailed 6-0 at one stage but fought back to 6-5 and 7-6 down before Milkins won three in a row to take the honours.
Darryl did knock in a century break in the 8th frame of the contest.
At the weekend, Hill defeated world number 80 James Cahill, the nephew of seven-time winner Stephen Hendry, by 10 frames to 9 in a thriller.
