Report by Ben Cunningham:
This weekend the Mixed Premier League takes a break with just one fixture as we have our Island senior teams away this weekend so fixtures that should take place this weekend have been rescheduled to next week as midweek games.
The game taking place tomorrow is between Bacchas B and Castletown Southerners and this could be a very close match.
Meanwhile, Bacchas A meet Castletown Celts at King Williams College on the Wednesday, 29 October with a 7.30pm push back and Valkyrs A play Vikings A on the Tuesday, 28 October with a 8.30pm push back at the NSC.
Harlequins played their match agents Vikings B on Wednesday this week (22 October) with Harlequins A coming away with the win in that fixture.
In Mixed Division One, Bacchas C will be hoping they can keep their spot at the top of the league when they play Ramsey A who had a thrilling cup game last weekend, coming back from four goals down to take it to penalty flicks and win.
Harlequins B - who have made a good account of themselves so far in this league - play Vikings C who know they need to start finding points sooner rather than later.
Elsewhere we have a club derby in the west of the island between Valkyrs B and Valkyrs C.
In Mixed Division Two, Ramsey Ravens will be hoping they can get the better of Bacchas Colts, however Bacchas Colts are sitting in the better position in the league table.
Vikings D - who have been looking really good going forward and scoring plenty of goals - meet Castletown Cushags who lost out to lower league opponents in the cup last weekend.
Another club derby is taking place in this league with this one being in the south of the island between Castletown Cammags - who sit top of the league - and Castletown Cosney who will be made up with their cup win last time out.
In Mixed Division Three, Bacchas Mixed Bucks - who got a solid win last weekend over Castletown Carrick - face Ramsey Rookies who are still looking for their first win of the campaign.
Elsewhere, Harlequins C face Castletown Carrick.
Bacchas D - another team keeping the pressure on at the top as well - face Harlequins D who have had a positive first season so far as a newly-formed side.
Finally, league leaders Valkyrs D face Vikings E who have had a mixed bag of results.
