Showdowns mark end of 2024 domestic mixed & indoor campaigns
In hockey, six trophies have been decided following the 2024 Isle of Man indoor finals being held over the last couple of days.
Vikings Hockey Club have claimed three pieces of silverware after its Mixed A and Men's A teams won they Mixed Premiership and Men's Premiership respectively, both by 12-3 scorelines.
Western side Valkyrs A won the Ladies Premiership after a 4-2 victory over Castletown A.
Castletown B beat Bacchas B 8-2 in the Ladies Division One final whilst in the Men's Division One showdown Bacchas B B were narrow 5-4 winners over Harlequins B.
All finals had been due to be held last weekend, however several were postponed until this week due to last weekend's poor weather caused by Storm Darragh.
The domestic mixed and indoor hockey seasons for 2024 have now concluded - the local Isle of Man hockey schedule will resume early next month for the start of the 2025 men's and ladies campaigns.
