The 14-time T.T. winner has agreed terms with Philip and Hector Neall.
The Bingley Bullet will also ride for Keith Flint again in the Supersport class.
Hutchy won three races at T.T. 2016.
He also enjoyed victories at the North West 200 and the Ulster Grand Prix (four in all) where he became the fastest road racer in the world with a lap in excess of 134mph.
