Senior training on every Thursday
The Isle of Man Handball Association is encouraging people to give the sport a try.
They're holding senior training sessions every Thursday at St Ninians Upper School Sports Hall from 7-9pm.
No previous experience is necessary.
Those who do get involved will have multiple opportunities to compete abroad in various tournaments.
