Manx athlete dominant again
Athlete Christa Cain picked up her another gold and second medal of the Island Games last night (16 July)
She won the women's 5,000m event with a time of 16:43.02 and was more than enough to fend off any threats from the rest of the runners.
This is follows up the gold she won in the women's 10,000m earlier in the competition.
Christa described the difference running on the track compared to the road:
Her next and final appearance in Orkney will be at the women's half-marathon which takes place on Friday 18 July.
