Manx Rams take on Hertfordshire Mavericks at invitational comp
The Island U21s netball squad is gearing up to compete in its first tournament of 2020.
Eleven players, along with coach Ashley Hall, Assistant Coach Claire Battye, and Team Manager Deborah Evans head to Hertfordshire on Friday for the invitational competition.
Over the weekend, they'll take on Gibraltar, the British Army netball squad, and superleague team and hosts Mavericks.
Assistant coach Claire told Rhian Evans the squad has been prepping both physically and psychologically for some tough games ahead:
