Old Boys and Peel will contest the final showpiece of the Manx football season.
They reached the final of the NK Joinery Hospital Cup after two exciting semi-finals on Sunday evening.
Lee Gale was the star of the show with a hat-trick as Peel came from behind to win a seven goal thriller at Sure Mobile Premier League champions Rushen.
The home side led 2-1 at the break and their hoodoo looked set to continue over Peel, thanks to goals from Ciaran Brown, Aaron Hawley and Steven Riding.
However, they had reckoned without Gale.
Peel will now meet Old Boys who themselves overturned a half-time deficit to defeat St Mary’s 3-1.
Steven Priestnal had fired the Saints in front at the interval but a rousing second half from last year’s FA Cup winners saw Gary Quirk net a double and Callum Stewart grab the other to book a final spot.
The Isle of Man women’s football team has won the Appleby Island Challenge Trophy.
An impressive 3-0 victory over Jersey secured the silverware on Sunday.
First half goals from Sarah O’Reilly, Stephanie Hall and Eleanor Gawne meant the contest was over by half-time and ensured a home success at the Bowl.
The Island had opened its campaign on Friday night with a 1-0 win over the Isle of Wight - Jade Burden’s ninth minute goal separating the sides.
Jersey then defeated the Isle of Wight 2-0 on Saturday to set up Sunday’s winner-takes-all showdown.
