TT winner finishes gruelling 14-day challenge
TT rider James Hillier has managed to overcome one of the most gruelling motorsport challenges in the world.
The racer from Ringwood today (15 January) crossed the final finish line of the 2023 Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia.
Competing in the event over the last 14 days, he places 76th overall in the bike category, subject to final ratification of results.
Hillier is the first TT winner to ever participate in the rally.
