Supersport team eyes podium return after previous strong performances
Bournemouth Kawasaki has confirmed that James Hillier will return to compete at this year’s Isle of Man TT with the team, riding their 636cc Supersport machine.
Hillier secured fourth and sixth place finishes in last year’s Supersport races - despite it being his first time riding that particular bike.
The team says it’s aiming for a podium finish this year, having previously enjoyed success in the category.
Bournemouth Kawasaki has thanked its sponsors and supporters, and says it will be providing updates throughout the TT period.
The team is also welcoming enquiries from potential new sponsors ahead of this year’s races.
It was confirmed yesterday (14 April) Hillier will be heading off the line in 5th position in this year's race.
