Three golds among highlights for Summit Grappling Academy
One of the Isle of Man's martial arts clubs has taken 12 medals during competition in the UK.
Athletes at Summit Grappling Academy managed to secure three gold, seven silver and two bronze during the Empire Grappling Lancashire Open in Manchester which took place on Sunday, 30 November.
Among the standout performers was Kye Greenhalgh who claimed two golds, winning his categories in both the Gi and No-Gi divisions.
The third gold medal came courtesy of Koa Hamann in her No-Gi category.
The squad's outing was the last of their current competition season for the academy's junior comp team with preparations now underway for 2026.
