Manxman heading to 2023 Cain Road Race
Manx motorcycle racer, Joe Yeardsley has announced he'll be competing in Mexico later this month.
This year's Senior Manx Grand Prix winner is set to take part in the Cain Road Race from 17-19 November.
The Island-born competitor will also be joined on the roster by fellow MGP competitors Maurizio Bottalico and Victor Lopez.
The time trial event sees those involved navigate a 74 kilometre course in Sinaloa with over 500 corners.
Announcing his entry on social media, Yeardsley says he's 'very excited' to be competing at the event and is thanking organisers for the invitation.
2023 has seen the Manxman win the Senior MGP race setting a new lap record of 122.051mph in the process.
He also took victory in the Post Classic Senior Superbike Race at the Pre-TT Classic Road Races on the Billown Course on 28 May, setting a new lap record in that race of 106.535mph.
Meanwhile in September Yeardsley stated his main aim for 2024 will be to make his debut at the Isle of Man TT Races.
