Froome took victory making it a two-one finish for Team Sky
Manx cyclist Peter Kennaugh, didn't take the top spot at the Jayco Herald Sun Tour, but finished seventh in the final stage, making for a two-one win for Team Sky.
UK's Chris Froome took overall victory at the race in Melbourne, Australia, the fourth and final stage of which ended overnight.
Peter Kennaugh finished up with a margin of 29 seconds behind Froome - Kennaugh had been leading at the third stage.
Froome paid tribute to his Manx team mate, saying "he's an amazing rider" adding he rode well but also gave him room to take the lead and said "massive thanks to Pete for doing that".
Kennaugh said he had mixed feelings after coming close to the top spot but praised Froome's consistent riding throughout, and said he deserved to win.
