David Knight dominated proceedings at the Eddy's X-Treme enduro in Tong, Yorkshire, yesterday (Sunday).
The four-time world enduro champion has been working his way back to full fitness after operations on his hips last year.
Despite saying he wasn't fully up to speed, he had no problem winning the event, setting a blistering pace for all behind him to follow.
The report on fasteddyracing.com said: 'the tricky rocky sections easily suited Knighter who clearly showed his trials background paying off.'
Tweeting afterwards, the Ballaugh rider said: 'Thanks to everyone for the support at Tong today, race went to plan, easy win, felt rusty after a month off, but now hard work starts for EWC.'
