Mikey Craine was the hero for Ramsey with two tries and Jarred Callister also picked one up.
Another promising Ramsey youngster Dan Bonwick kicked a penalty and two conversions.
In the only other Manx Shield game to survive the weather, Castletown beat Emerging Nomads 46-15 at King Williams College.
Nick Kieswetter was the star of the show for Castletown with four tries.
There were also tries from Conor Stephens, Matty Craine and Billy Hanrahan, plus a penalty and four conversions from Sam Peel.
Nomads’ points came courtesy of a penalty, a try from Kenny Tesia, plus a penalty and a conversion from Dave Edge.
