Nigel Smith and Chris McGahan, who are also the oldest pairing to race in the TT, have raised the money through sponsorship of their machine.
Tonight they will meet representatives of Breast Cancer Now Isle of Man and present them with a cheque for more than £5,000.
Driver Nigel says he wants to give something back because he believes it's a honour to be able to race at the TT.
In the Locate.im Sidecar TT Race 1 on Saturday Nigel and Chris had to retire at Gorselea because of engine problems.
They will be competing and hoping for a finish in the second race which is scheduled to take place on Friday morning.
