Manx cyclist Mark Cavendish has described Tuesday's first Grand Tour stage win as "the biggest of my career".
Cav won a bunch sprint to take victory on the fourth stage of the Giro d'Italia in which he is making his debut.
It's the 22 year old's sixth win of the season and his seventeenth win in 18 months as a professional rider.
At the post stage press conference, Cavendish said "To come to the Giro and win is big for any rider, and it’s made sweeter by the way team worked. The only thing I could do was finish it off with a win.”
