Peel and St Mary's to contest Charity Shield
The 2019/20 Manx football season kicks off this evening.
Canada Life Premier League winners St Mary's and FA Cup holders Peel will contest the Eric Fletcher Charity Shield at the Bowl.
The pair played each other four times last season - twice in cup competitions - with two wins each.
They last met in April, when goals from Frank Jones, Craig Murphy and Jack McVey helped the Saints to a 3-0 victory, despite finishing the match with ten men after James Murphy was sent off.
This evening they'll face off to see who will win the first silverware of the new campaign.
Kick-off at the Bowl is 7.30pm.
