It's hoped the event will also assist the hospitality sector
The chair of the Manx Motor Cycle Club which organises the Manx Grand Prix says it's hoped the return of the Classic TT will attract more people to the Isle of Man and assist the hospitality sector.
It was announced this morning (23 October) that the Classic TT will return as part of as expanded 12-day schedule in 2025.
John McBride says the reason for the shorter schedule previously was because they didn't have the number of volunteers to cover the full event.
However, he is confident organisers will be able to meet that demand:
