Jason Pritchard and Phil Clarke are in prime position to win a fourth consecutive Manx National Rally.
They navigated their Ford Focus World Rally car to a commanding first leg lead over the opening six stages last night.
Their advantage stands at 1 minute and 10.2 seconds over nearest challengers Jamie Jukes and Dave Williams.
Leading local co-driver Rob Fagg and Hugh Hunter are third.
The rally resumes today with a further six stages.
