Manxman secures highest pro-finish
Isle of Man professional triathlete William Draper has secured a second place placing at the Challenge Xiamen Triathlon in China.
It's his highest ever professional finish and marks the end of the 2024 season.
Draper started strong in the swim class as he managed to exit the water in fourth place.
The Manxman then clawed up two positions in the 90km cycling event to put himself in a great position for the half-marathon.
The athlete put in a determined run in the hot and humid conditions and was rewarded for his efforts to finish the race on the podium.
