His new team will face FC Isle of Man this coming season
Manx footballer, Niall Cummins, could be set to face FC Isle of Man this coming season after signing for Bury AFC.
The 35-year-old has joined the NWCFL Div 1 North champions from Northern Premier League outfit Marine FC, who he's played for since 2018.
One of his defining moments came when he scored a 120th-minute winner for Marine against Havant & Waterlooville in the second round of the FA Cup in the 2020/21 season to set up a tie with premier league giants Tottenham Hotspur.
Bury AFC will compete in the NWCFL Premier Division for the 2022/23 season, the same division FC Isle of Man will contest for the upcoming campaign.
The Ravens earned promotion into the division after a 4-2 win over New Mills in the NWCFL Div 1 South play-off final on 16 April.
The fixture list for the NWCFL Premier Division for the new season is still to be confirmed.
