Road racing meet starts in just over a week
The organisers of the Southern 100 say they remain hopeful one of the meeting's stars and biggest draws will be back this year, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
Guy Martin didn't take part in this year's TT, choosing to do a mountain bike endurance race in the United States instead, but he does have a soft spot for the Southern.
The Lincolnshire rider has racked up multiple wins at it, and is the only rider other than Joey Dunlop to have secured a hat-trick of Solo Championship successes.
Southern 100 Club and Race Secretary George Peach says nothing has been confirmed either way, yet:
