Twenty-three-time winner celebrating 30 years at the event in 2026
TT legend, John McGuinness MBE describes the TT as 'the journey that keeps on giving' ahead of a landmark year for him at the racing fortnight.
This year will signal 30 years of the 23-time TT winner racing on the Snaefell Mountain Course having made his debut back in 1996.
Along with his many individual race achievements, he became the first rider to average a 130mph lap at the TT in 2007 and is also the joint-most successful competitor in the Senior TT with seven victories, alongside Mike Hailwood.
Ahead of another memorable milestone in 2026, McGuinness says he feels privileged to have been able to do so much in his career to date:
It's not only previous successes McGuinness has to his name - since the return of the TT in 2022 after the Covid pandemic, he's finished inside the top ten of 11 of the 14 races he's finished.
His last TT podium came back in 2019 when he claimed second spot in the Zero TT.
The 2026 Isle of Man TT Races are scheduled to take place from Monday, 25 May to Saturday, 6 June.
