In the final league match of the season, the sides are level on 22 points.
Bacchas will take the title if the game ends in a draw as the head-to-head encounters ended level with both teams gaining a 5-2 victory against each other in the previous two fixtures.
The showdown is at the National Sports Centre and starts at 2.05pm.
In Rugby, Ramsey can retain their place in South Lancashire & Cheshire if they beat bottom of the table Marple at home.
And Douglas "B" and Vagabonds "B" clash in the Manx Plate Final.
