Team to contest three classes at August meeting
Davies Motorsport has confirmed its two-rider lineup to challenge for honours at this year's Manx Grand Prix.
The Burton-upon-Trent based crew has announced Paul Jordan and Jorge Halliday will compete for them across three classes at next month's meeting on the Snaefell Mountain Course.
Northern Irishman Jordan will campaign a TX500 Yamaha in the Classic Senior event along with a 350cc Honda machine in the re-introduced Classic Junior class.
Elsewhere, Island resident Halliday will be the team's sole representative in the Classic Superbike race - which the team made its debut in last year - on a YZF750 Yamaha ridden last year by Mike Browne.
John Davies' outfit are long-time supporters of the Manx Grand Prix and Classic TT - William Dunlop, Lee Johnston and Dominic Herbertson are among those to have ridden their Honda and Yamaha machines at the event in previous times.
The 2024 Manx Grand Prix is due to take place from 18-26 August.
