Tourism Minister Adrian Earnshaw has paid tribute to all involved in recent Isle of Man sporting successes.
In the past fortnight, cyclist Mark Cavendish completed the best debut season in history, Jonny Bellis won medals at World and British levels, and Junior Peter Kennaugh achieved a bronze in a senior British Championship race.
In Motocross, Alex Rockwell has been crowned British Youth Champion, Ramsey resident James Toseland claimed the World Superbike title for a second time, and the Special Olympics team has collected 20 medals in China.
