TT racer updates fans from Noble's Hospital
TT racer Dave Moffitt says he's 'very, very fortunate' to be on the road to recovery following a crash at this year's event.
He came off at Laurel Bank during qualifying on Tuesday, 31 May.
After having his spleen removed that night, at Noble’s Hospital, he was transferred to Aintree University Hospital where he spent three weeks in intensive care and a week on a trauma ward.
He’s since been transferred back to the Island and has given fans an update from his hospital bed:
