Netball: IoM seeks new head coach and performance director

Search underway to recruit for senior positions in the sport

Isle of Man Netball is seeking to appoint a new Performance Director and Head Coach.

Applications for both posts - which would be on a voluntary basis - are being invited throughout this month and into early January 2025.

Listed among the requirements for the Performance Director position are 'senior leadership experience in a high-performance environment' with one of the key goals being to 'shape the future of elite netball' here.

Included in the essential skills for the Head Coach role - which would be for the Isle of Man women's senior squad - are having a minimum three years coaching experience; 'exceptional relationship management and communication skills' and have a 'strong understanding of high-performance coaching principles.'

The deadline for applications for both position is on Friday, 3 January 2025.

The last major event the Isle of Man the women's senior team was involved in was the 2024 Europe Netball Open Challenge which was held on Island in May at the NSC in Douglas.
