It's part of preparations for Europe Netball competition in May
The Manx Rams netball squad faces its latest test this weekend when they take on UK Armed Forces squads in Portsmouth this Saturday (23 March).
It's part of preparations by the Island squad ahead of the Isle of Man hosting the Europe Netball Open from 16-19 May.
Rams head coach, Claire Battye says whilst some players are unavailable this weekend there's the chance for some 'new faces' to get first-hand experience of competing at that level.
She also believes the team's growing experience of occasions like this weekend and coming up in May is having positive benefits for player development:
