Isle of Man motorcycle racer, Grant Thomson has been ruled out of the remainder of this year's North West 200 due to injury.
The Island competitor has confirmed he suffered a broken ankle after a crash in Superstock qualifying on Thursday evening (7 May).
The Pre-TT Classic and Southern 100 winner is thanking his team, his family and friends for their support , adding he will 'come back stronger' but that it will 'take a bit of time' to get back to full fitness.
