
Manx cyclist Mark Cavendish finished in 165th place in Saturday’s seventh stage of the Tour De France.
It leaves him 180th in the overall standings.
Cavendish will tackle one more mountain stage on Sunday before pulling out of the Tour on Monday.
Most sprinters have stopped over the weekend as the tour heads into the Alps, but the Isle of Man sprint specialist wanted to gain experience of the mountain tests.
