The race director of the Manx Telecom Parish Walk has been reflecting on the 2017 running of the event at the weekend.
Around 1,400 people set off from the National Sports Centre in Douglas at 8am on Saturday.
The hot, dry and sunny conditions made it a tough challenge for those taking part.
