Greg Hawke was bowled for 99, Nick Hawke made 97 not out and Phil Littlejohns scored 55.
In reply Ramsey were dismissed for 182.
Ollie Webster hit 45, Grant Atchison 32 and Marc Pons-Burt 26.
Russell Miller took 4 for 36 and Greg Hawke claimed 3 for 44.
