Five goals from Rhys Oates helped Peel thrash Laxey 11-1 in the Canada Life Premier League on Saturday (24 November).
Lee Gale scored twice, with Mark Kelly, Matthew Woods, Dominic McGreevy and Kerron Christian also netting in a crushing victory for the westerners.
It moves them three points clear at the top, after title rivals St Marys, Corinthians and St Georges weren't in action.
Michael Fernandes got a consolation goal for Laxey - who also had a penalty saved with the score at 3-0 - who drop a place to eleventh on goal difference.
