The westerners survived a real scare in the first round when they came from behind to beat St. Mary's 6-5.
They then had more comfortable wins against Douglas & District, Douglas Royal and Rushen.
Peel have scored 26 goals in their cup run and 128 in their 24 game league campaign.
Corinthians had a bye in the first round and then recorded victories over Union Mills, Laxey and Braddan.
The match is at The Bowl and kicks-off at 3pm.
