First practice session gets underway tonight (27 May)
The Billown Course will roar back into life for the first time since 2019 as the Pre-TT Classic Road Races get underway this evening (27 May).
The famous event is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year having been called off in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The first practice session is scheduled to start tonight from just before 6.20pm, with roads around the course shut from 6.05pm.
Phil Edge of the Southern 100 Club has told Manx Radio how it feels to have racing in the south back:
Manx Radio will be providing live coverage of the Pre-TT Classic Road Races practice and race sessions across this evening (27 May); Saturday afternoon and evening (28 May) as well as Monday morning and afternoon (30 May) on the AM1368 frequency.
