Ramsey secure bonus points on the road

That’s after a bonus win sealed five points at Southport.
In the end it was a comprehensive 54-14 victory.
Vagabonds’ miserable streak continued in Division Two with a 51-5 home defeat by Tyldesley who were confirmed as promoted with their bonus point win.

In Division Three, Ramsey beat Linley 31-13 in their last away game of the season.
Early tries from John F. Watling and Dan Bonwick, who converted both, gave them an early lead.
A try from Matt Broad and a penalty from Matt Swingewood hauled Linley back into the game before Johnny Mason's try gave Ramsey a 19-8 advantage at the break.
Dave Keenan and James Wren picked up second half tries to make the game safe for Ramsey before Swingewood picked up a late consolation score for Linley.
Southern Nomads exacted revenge on Douglas Celts with a 45-21 win in the Shimmin Wilson Manx Trophy on Saturday.
Steve Mchugh and Adam Young both crossed for two tries with other scores from Ally Kelly, Andy Lean, Ben Kelly and Gerard Landels.
Skipper Mark Young kicked five conversions.
There were also victories in the Shimmin Wilson Manx Bowl for Emerging Nomads and Western Vikings.
