Free lessons for recreational cyclists
A series of free coaching sessions are being held for those taking part in this year's Piccolo Fondo event.
The 20-mile ride is scheduled for July and is being masterminded by the organisers of Cyclefest.
Their aim is to boost participation in cycling, with the focus around recreational cycling and those who are just starting out in the sport.
Former professionals Rob Holden and Andrew Roche will be on hand to give their expert advice for those turning up to the coaching session.
Director of the event, Paul Phillips, says it's a great chance for people to improve in a secure environment:
There are four free coaching sessions for the Piccolo Fondo - open to all ages groups - and the first one takes place on 24 March.
