Record entry for this years event with hundreds involved
Hundreds of people are set to take on a mammoth challenge across the Isle of Man today (20 May) in aid of a local charity.
Race The Sun began at sunrise on Peel Promenade this morning at 5.07am with all those involved looking to complete a 100-mile lap of the Island's coastal footpath before sunset at 9.27pm.
This year sees the biggest amount of people ever taking part in the event, with 410 people across 41 teams taking on the challenge in aid of The Children's Centre.
