Festive final moved due to fixture backlog
Football - it's been confirmed the Railway Cup Final, which is usually played on Boxing Day, won't be staged until later in the season.
The top four sides in the Premier League at the halfway stage qualify for the competition.
A combination of success for representative sides, postponements and a later start to the campaign has led to a backlog of fixtures.
Isle of Man Football Association Fixtures Secretary Tony Mepham says there is a plan in place for Boxing Day to help catch-up:-
